Agape offers a complete approach to maintaining generators, with services that are tailored to suit the client's specific needs. Our structured maintenance regimes ensure maximum availability - irrespective of the size or complexity of the generator installation. Contracts can be tailored to suit the individual application and maintenance requirements of the total system.

Predictive maintenance

Predictive maintenance is a growing element of the total service provision and is used to enhance standard preventive maintenance regimes, which includes: sample testing and trend analysis.

Emergency service support

Whilst our contract services are designed to minimise the risk of unexpected generator faults, on the rare occasions they do occur, Agape is ready to deal with the problem in the most efficient and responsive manner. We provide emergency repair services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with a maximum response time of only 2 hours (depending on the location and ease of mobility). Our field service trucks are stocked with parts and diesel fuel allowing us to perform a wide variety of repairs and fuelling right at your facility.

Agape operates a dedicated in-house 24/7 Service Desk manned by trained personnel who handle all emergency calls. Once a relevant alert is received from the monitoring center, a work order will be created in our support centre and this allow us to carry out all works required to rectify the fault and enable us to monitor all work being done against strict service level agreement. The work order also enables us plan resources and check spare parts availability, reserving either if necessary.

Generator Monitoring

Agape monitors generator operations, give the earliest possible notification, and respond to any faults that require corrective maintenance to be conducted. A fleet of vehicles equipped with the appropriate tools and continuously maintained and renewed for optimum performance backs up our services.
